20-JUNE-2005 :- Death Of Jack Kilby , Nobel Prize winner.

Jack Kilby
(born Nov. 8, 1923 - died June 20, 2005) was an American electrical engineer and one of the inventors of the Integrated Circuit. Integrated Circuit is a system of interconnected transistors on a single microchip.He was the winner of the Nobel Prize for Phisics in 2000 for "be a part of invention of Integrated Circuit " . He shared his prize with Herbert Kroemer and Zhores Alferov.
He is also invented the handheld calculator and the thermal printer.He also has patents for other inventions.
